Prepare some Eats: The Acoustic Fingerstyle Guitar Soup

  • Two Handfuls of Potatos,
  • One Handful of Onions,
  • Some Garlic,
  • Three or Four Carrots,
  • A Pot big enough to fit all three handfuls, the some garlic, and the carrots.
  1. Wash the potatos and carrots.
  2. Put water in the pot.
  3. Chop up the Potatos and thow em in the pot. (don't bother peeling them)
  4. Add Salt
  5. Peel the carrots and chop em up--throw into the acoustic guitar soup pot
  6. Chop up the onions and garlic..add these when the potatos are nearly soft, about two full songs.
  7. add the onions and garlic, leave to cook while you play another song.
  8. Throw it all in a blender.

Here's a tip about getting the skins off of garlic

  • pull a clove off the bulb of garlic
  • put the clove of garlic on the table, skin still on
  • grab a knife
  • use the flat side of the knife and the palm of your fingerpicking hand to crush the garlic clove.
  • Then pull the skin off of the garlic clove.
